Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10-21 days. Please note all items are handmade and some items are not ready to ship hence the shipping times. Please read the item details for more accurate shipping times as this can differ.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with express delivery and you will receive a confirmation, shipping email with tracking information.
International Shipping
All international delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed.

Europe 3-5 working days £10
Rest of the World 5-7 working days £10
We are not responsible for any custom/ tax charges. Please allow extra time for international orders to arrive.
Local pick up - Billericay, Essex. Please contact us to arrange pick up via Instagram.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays & Sundays including bank holidays. (Local pick up can be available if you contact us)
We are not responsible for any mistakes in delivery information given to us. Please make sure you double check delivery details before sending this information to us. If you think it may be incorrect, please contact us ASAP.
Returns/Exchanges.
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds under any circumstances but we are more than happy to exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
All items must be returned within the 14 day time limit otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
All items being returned for an exchange must be in perfect condition. This means the item must have the original tags on, it must be unworn and have no stains/marks (make up, fake tan, deodorant etc).
IF your item does not have tags on it, and you wish to exchange this item still must be unworn and have no stains/marks (make up, fake tan, deodorant etc).
PLEASE NOTE : ANY ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOTES REQUESTING BESPOKE REQUIRMENTS E.G LENGTH CHANGES, AND LENGTH CHANGES IN ANY OTHER AREARS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE.

We do not cover postage fees for returned items. The customer will be responsible to pay the postage to return the item and for their exchange to be sent out.
Sale items are non refundable/exchangeable.
